Nutrition in the workplace: how does food influence the performance of your employees?

Eating habits have an influence on performance at work. Eating a healthy and balanced diet at work helps to maintain vitality throughout the day and to stimulate concentration.

Poor nutrition can have negative effects on the state of mind, with the risk of irritability, depression or anxiety or even a loss of creativity.

"Let food be your first medicine"
- Hippocrates

As a company director or human resources director, the well-being at work and the health of your employees are part of your daily concerns.

How can you make your employees aware of eating well and thus reduce absenteeism?

How can you increase productivity and keep your team motivated through nutrition?

The benefits of a healthy, balanced and varied diet at work are :

1. A productivity boost

2. A positive team spirit

3. Harmony in relationships

4. Reduced stress & absenteeism

5. An increase in creativity

Do you want to try it and create a positive and caring company image?

I offer 4 nutrition workshops which give your employees concrete and practical tools to take care of their health on a daily basis.

My approach is based on 2 axes:

  • The Mediterranean model, the only model that is the subject of an international consensus and that has demonstrated in the scientific literature a protective effect on civilisation diseases.

  • Nutritional chronobiology, a concept that consists of synchronising food with the body's needs by providing the necessary quantities and nutrients at the right time. Nutritional chronobiology boosts performance and motivation during the day, increase well-being and ensure optimal sleep quality.

These days, we consume far too much sugar, sometimes even without realising it. What's more, this sugar is often refined, so the glycaemic index soars.
What are the symptoms? Cravings, fatigue, acne, weight gain... Over time, this opens the door to health problems: insulin resistance, risk of type 2 diabetes, cancer... So how do you manage your blood sugar levels on a daily basis?
